COLLECTING, SAMPLING, INTERVENTION

As an expert laboratory for food hygiene, the highly qualified samplers retrieve the samples themselves on your site. The sampling concerns foodstuffs or surfaces, done in accordance with good hygienic and preservation practices. Other types of controls can be implemented: temperature measurement, calibration of thermometers and refrigeration chambers, checking of cooling cells, etc.

Trained continuously, our professionals have reactive logistics: the samples can be made by appointment or unexpectedly.

ANALYZES

MATRICES

The food hygiene experts at Laboratoire 31 EVA are able to carry out analyzes on a wide range of foodstuffs: cans, meat, charcuterie, ovo products, fishery products, dairy products, fruit and vegetables. They are also trained to analyze surface, swabs, etc.

MICROBIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

Our staff is trained continuously to ensure various missions within the framework of food hygiene microbiological analyze:

  • Alteration germs (salubrity): revivifiable aerobic mesophilic flora, lactic flora, Pseudomonas, yeasts / molds.
  • Investigation or enumeration of pathogens (safety): Enterobacteriaceae, Salmonella, E coli and E. colientopathogens, Staphylococci and enterotoxins, Listeria monocytogenes, Campylobacter, Bacillus cereus, Clostridium perfingens, etc. ;
  • Diagnosis of collective foodborne illnesses;
  • Quality control of products and processes;
  • Validation of DLC and aging tests;
  • Validation of cleaning plans by surface checks;
  • Stability control of cans.

FOOD CHEMISTRY AND RADIOACTIVITY ANALYSIS

The Departmental Laboratory accompanies you in the research of environmental residues and contaminants in foodstuffs:

  • Residues of veterinary drugs and prohibited substances: antiparasitic research (ivermectin), antibiotics (chloramphenicol), growth promoters (synthetic antithyroid drugs) in the context of animal health and safety;
  • Multi-residue Pesticides analyzes in fruits and vegetables and animal fats (global screening, more targeted according to the type of fruit or vegetables or to a card according to your needs). We apply specific methods according to the subject of your application: European Pharmacopoeia, INAO, Bisphenol A (BPA) research ...;
  • Radiobiology: research of gamma-emitting radionuclides in foodstuffs, witnesses of accidents or nuclear incidents, (Cesium CS134, CS137, I131) ...

TRAININGS

The LD 31 EVA is an accredited training center (Training organization N °: 73 31 P 00 51 31). We are empowered to help you in your initial training and skills maintenance through our offer:

  • Health control plan within the framework of the "hygiene package"
  • HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
  • GHP (Good Hygienic Practice)
  • Nutrition (food plan) and allergies
  • Other themes on request

Programmed according to your specificities, availability and public, our trainings can take different formats: inter and intra companies, individual or collective.

AUDIT

We assist you in setting up audits to verify the effectiveness of your health control plan, to look after critical points and to encourage the continuous improvement of your system, unexpectedly or planned.

To carry out these food hygiene audits, the LD 31 EVA relies on a grid of criteria containing the main items of the health control plan:

  • The application of good hygiene practices and procedures based on the HACCP principles;
  • Implementation of traceability
  • Management of non-compliant products (withdrawals / recalls)

The audit can cover all measures implemented or be targeted on a particular process.

After the audit, a debriefing is carried out on site and a report is sent, specifying any corrective actions that has to be taken.

From the establishment of your accreditation to the interpretation of the results, the LD 31 EVA advises you throughout the continuous cycle of your quality process.
